| Summary: | Beera (Abhishek Bachchan), bent on revenge against Dev (Vikram), a cop, for the murder of his sister, kidnaps the cop's wife, Ragini (Aishwarya Rai), a dance teacher, and runs off with her deep into the jungle. Dev desperately tries to hunt down and kill Beera so that he could reunite with his wife once again. Meanwhile, Beera start to fall in love with Ragini along the way. A modern adaptation of the great Indian epic poem, Rāmāyana.
