Summary:The director of September's feature film, Hop, Dominique Standaert contributes October's short film, Eau. An adaptation of a novel by Jef Geeraerts, the film takes place in The Congo in 1960. The film features the ironic bond between two protagonists, one white and black, amid the rain and bloodshed around them.
