This volume's publication marks the 500th anniversary of Henry VIII's accession. Featuring articles that examine a broad range of Tudor manuscripts produced between 1485 and 1603, Volume 15 includes: an examination of various forms of regional manuscript production, including those written in northern England and Scotland; a look at the differing texts emerging from London during this period, some complex and of an unusual kind; and studies of Thomas Wyatt's poetical manuscripts and the circulations of those romances. Contributing scholars include Jason Powell, Joyce Boro, and Cathy Shrank.
