| Summary: | Since 1986, the Library Luis γAngel Arango has organized a series of exhibitions and publications around the social and political caricature of Colombia spanning from the 19th century to the 1980's. The present itinerant exhibition organized in commemoration of the Bicentennial of the Independence is the culmination of a thorough research by curator Beatriz González presenting close to 1300 caricatures and humor cartoons, in different formats that recall the last 200 years of history of the nation.
