Review by Library Journal Review

Filmmaker Jacques Tati makes his final appearance as Monsieur Hulot, his own shambling, raincoat-clad alter ego, who previously appeared in Playtime, Mon oncle, and M. Hulot's Holiday. With a minimalist comedic style more dependent on visual puns than witty dialog, Tati elicits more wry smiles than outright laughs as Hulot brings his newly designed, gadget-heavy camper to an auto show.
