Notes:	First edition, with text in light brown, though the preface states it was printed in green. The preface indicates that this edition was to be followed by a second, printed in red. It adds that the color change from green to red was to accommodate different tastes, but a preface to the second edition, also published in 1859, states that there was a problem with the green inks used in the first.
