Hulsbergh, sculpsit."; and imprint: London, Printed for I. Walsh, servt to her Matie at the Harp and Hoboy in Katherine Street near Somerset House in the Strand. Includes an unnumbered leaf between leaves 38 and 39, which consists of the continuation of the aria on leaf 38 "Thou art he, my dearest creature."
