| Summary: | The Christian Palestinian Aramaic Old Testament and Apocrypha version from the Early Period gives the reader a new and revised edition of the remaining textes of these books from the pre-Islamic Period, and presents a much more accurate text of this version than has hitherto been available. All previously published manuscripts were reread from the originals, and a number of newly identified fragments are published here for the first time. The usefulness of the edition is enhanced by a glossary of all the words occurring in these texts. |
