Summary:The spirit of the snake, Tata, is saved by a farmer, Matahachi. Matahachi's wife is taken to the city by a slave dealer. Tata transforms himself into the farmer's wife and raises Matahachi's twin boys, Hato and Taka. When Taka and Hato grow up into youths with superhuman powers, their village is still in a state of extreme poverty. Taka decides to go the city to save his village.
