Summary:	Guringo: In 1982, Hitoshi Himoto works for the Edo Shōji Corporation, a large Japanese trading company. He is assigned to the city of Esecarta in the Republic of Santalna, a South American country. The country is in a state of political turmoil. Hitoshi finds out a rare metal is indispensable to the manufacturing of electronics. Hitoshi searches the metal at Mt. Montetombo in the Fego Province of South America in a dangerous land, working together with the people that know him as the "Gringo." "Gringo" means "people from other countries, particularly an American or English person" in Spanish. Hitoshi and his family encounter dangerous situations. Shin ryōsaishii kōlenidan: a long time ago, in China, a young man, Kōken travels through a mountain and meets a beautiful woman, Kogyoku. He falls in love with her. However, she is an evil ghost and uses Kōken to revenge people who murder her.
