It includes unreported and reported decisions of the Swiss Federal Tribunal and of the Cantonal courts, starting with the entry into force of the PILS up to the end of 2003. This publication also includes the complete Swiss case law with respect to the United Nations Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards of 1958 (NYC).
