Summary:Actress and producer Sheila Frazier was born on November 13, 1948, in the Bronx, New York. She graduated from Englewood, New Jersey's Dwight Morrow High School in 1966. She moved to New York City, and studied acting at HB Studios, the Negro Ensemble Company and the New Lafayette Theatre. She was cast in Gordon Parks' 1972 film, Super Fly and the sequel, Super Fly T.N.T. Other credits include Three the Hard Way, The Super Cops and California Suite. Frazier appeared on television's The Lazarus Syndrome in 1979. She produced Essence magazine's television series in 1985, and Black Entertainment Television's Live from L.A. with Tonya Hart. Frazier headed the talent department for BET for thirteen years. Through Frazier Multimedia Group, she has provided talent grooming and field production. In 2008, she made her family documentary film, You Don't Get Old by Being a Fool. She married famed hair stylist John Atchison.
