Summary:	依据出土历简资料对秦王政元年(前246)至汉武帝太初改历前的历法做了系统的探究.判定这一时期分三个阶段行用过不同的历法,三个阶段的起止时间为:秦王政元年至汉高祖五年(前206年)十二月,汉高祖五年正月至文帝前元十六年(前164年),文帝前元元年(前163年)至武帝太初元年(前104).三个时段历法的岁首建正,置闰规则,节气算法相同,但朔望月起算点存在明显差值.
