In 1804 Tench Coxe used the pseudonym Benjamin Franklin Bache on a broadside addressed To the Democratic Republican electors, of the state of Pennsylvania (Shaw & Shoemaker 5748). Cf. Cooke, J.E. This pamphlet is a German translation of the pamphlet "To the free and independent electors of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania" that may be by Coxe.
