Sir, You are hereby directed to attend a company meeting of the New-York Rangers, at Littles' Hotel, Broad-Street, on Thursday evening next, at 6 o'clock, in order to take into consideration and to determine on the following resolutions, which were duly proposed on the last meeting; and further to determine on the proper form of a canteen for each member. / :
